About the role
We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our Wang Thonglang office in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving strategic human resources initiatives across the organisation. As an HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our people operations, employee engagement, and organisational development. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on company culture whilst working closely with management and staff at all levels.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Administer employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee wellness programmes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policy and Thai labour law
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace compliance initiatives
Coordinate training and professional development programmes to foster employee growth and skills enhancement
Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and employee compensation matters
Handle employee queries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Liaise with external partners such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and legal advisors as required
What we're looking for
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in HR
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a media, broadcasting, or corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Thai labour law and employment regulations
Proficiency in recruiting, employee relations, and HR administration practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Candidates have full working rights for Thailand
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in employee engagement, training and development, or HR project management would be beneficial
