About the Role

We are looking for a Planning Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to support production planning and daily coordination across manufacturing operations. This role requires close communication with production teams, warehouses, suppliers, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure production plans are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and follow up on KD production plans.

• Coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time execution.

• Resolve production abnormalities and support daily operational issues.

• Provide verbal interpretation and document translation between Chinese and local teams.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure production plan adherence.

• Monitor production progress and prepare reports for management.

• Support production planning analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

• Experience in production planning, logistics, or manufacturing planning is preferred.

• Automotive manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
