Business Development & Site Acquisition (F&B Retail Chain)

Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Leasing Operations

• Identify and evaluate strategic locations for coffee branch expansion in line with sales growth targets

• Handle end-to-end leasing activities including new store negotiations, renewals, and terminations across Thailand

• Act as the company’s key representative in lease negotiations with landlords, mall operators, agents, and developers

• Prepare leasing proposals, rental benchmarks, and commercial term summaries for internal approval

Project Monitoring & Site Readiness

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress from pre-fit-out to store launch

• Coordinate with the Design & Build team to resolve issues during renovation with landlords or property owners

• Ensure each store development project is completed on time, within budget, and meets brand standards

Tenancy & Regulatory Administration

• Manage tenancy documents, leasing contracts, and handover processes

• Liaise with Tenancy Admin and General Affairs teams on business license applications, utility setups, and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate rental and deposit payments, and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related field.

• Good Command of English is required

• 1–3 years of experience in a business development, retail leasing, or F&B expansion role

• Prior experience working with mall management, developers, or F\&B chains is preferred

• Excellent project management and multitasking ability

• Good commercial acumen and understanding of retail /F&B expansion strategies
