Sales Operations Specialist (Sales Data & Report) - Chinese Speaking ONLY!!

Job Summary

Support sales performance through accurate reporting, target tracking, inventory monitoring, and data analysis across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering orders, wholesale, retail, vehicle arrivals, and inventory.

• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify gaps, trends, and operational issues.

• Allocate and track monthly and annual sales targets across the dealer network.

• Ensure sales and inventory data is accurate, complete, and updated on time.

• Analyze dealer sales performance and provide insights to support management decision-making.

• Monitor inventory levels and highlight slow-moving stock, shortages, or other abnormalities.

• Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and presentations for management.

• Work closely with Sales, Dealer Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other teams to align data and reporting.

• Support forecasting, target planning, and sales performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Automotive Studies, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Reporting, Sales Planning, Data Analysis, or related functions.

• Experience in automotive, dealer networks, retail, or distribution businesses is preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Able to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good command of Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage.
