1. KOL & Creator Strategy 

  • Develop and execute KOL and creator strategies that strengthen Central's brand positioning and support key business priorities, including brands, events, services, and campaigns. 

  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with relevant creators, influencers, artists, and community leaders across diverse platforms and communities. 

2. Campaign & Partnership Management 

  • Plan and manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, from creator selection and briefing to execution and performance evaluation. 

  • Oversee on-ground KOL management for events, ensuring a seamless creator experience and effective brand representation. 

3. Content Development & Production 

  • Lead KOL content planning and production, ensuring all deliverables are authentic, high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. 

  • Collaborate with creators to develop engaging storytelling that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency. 

4. Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, brands, and external partners to ensure smooth planning, execution, and timely delivery of KOL initiatives. 

5. Performance & Insights 

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future KOL strategies and ROI. 

6. Market & Trend Intelligence 

  • Monitor social media trends, emerging creator ecosystems, consumer behaviors, and new content formats to identify opportunities for innovation and community engagement. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields. 

  • Proven experience developing and managing end-to-end KOL campaigns and creator partnerships. 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, digital content, and influencer marketing trends. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills with experience working with creators, agencies, brands, and cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
