Supplier / Vendor Quality Assurance Engineer - SQE/VQA Engineer (Bangpoo)

We are looking for a Vendor Quality Engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us improve quality management as the following detail.

Your main role is to:

• Support the implementation of VQA evaluations and checklists.

• Assist in achieving material quality improvement objectives.

• Support the analysis, resolution, and follow-up of raw material issues arising from production lines and the market.

• Contribute to the implementation of improvement projects related to raw material quality.

• Participate in and support supplier and contractor evaluations, audits, and training activities.

• Monitor and follow up on SCAR reports from suppliers.

• Carry out daily departmental tasks and responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, material quality, or manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Good command in English communication.

• 8D Report Knowledge Preferred

• Basic knowledge of quality systems, VQA processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective/preventive action processes (e.g., SCAR, CAPA).

• Familiarity with supplier quality management, audits, and evaluation processes is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on issues in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
