Key Responsibilities

1.       Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with business growth.

• Drive digital transformation across Group companies.

• Lead adoption of Cloud, AI, API-first architecture, Microservices, Automation and emerging technologies.

• Build scalable technology platforms to support future business expansion.

2.       Enterprise Architecture & Software Engineering

• Lead enterprise architecture and application modernization.

• Oversee software engineering, platform engineering and DevSecOps practices.

• Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable and reliable.

3.       Cybersecurity & Technology Governance

• Define enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

• Oversee security operations, IT risk management and regulatory compliance.

• Lead implementation of Zero Trust Architecture and enterprise identity management.

4.       Infrastructure & IT Operations

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems and network operations.

• Ensure high availability, resilience, disaster recovery and operational excellence.

• Drive continuous improvement in IT Service Management.

5.       Leadership & Business Partnership

• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.

• Partner closely with business executives to deliver technology-enabled growth.

• Develop future technology leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
