Learning Analysis & Curriculum Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions, including retail frontline sales, warehouse operations, and head office teams

• Design and develop learning programs and curriculum aligned with the company’s retail business direction and expansion plans

• Develop structured Learning Journeys for different employee levels (Frontline / Supervisor / Manager)

• Develop key training programs such as customer service and operational process training

• Plan annual and quarterly training roadmaps and ensure consistent training standards across all branches

• Monitor training effectiveness, evaluate outcomes, and continuously improve learning programs

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations and Business Units to enhance employee capabilities

• Manage and develop learning platforms (LMS / e-Learning) and promote a strong learning culture within the organization

Qualifications

• Open to all genders, aged 30–40 years

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Curriculum Design

• Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and curriculum development

• Experience in retail, logistics, or operations is a plus

• Strong understanding of frontline workforce skills such as sales and customer service

• Proficient in LMS or e-Learning tools
