Wine Specialist
Job Summary
The Wine Specialist is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, building customer relationships, promoting wine products, and supporting wine-related activities to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce and recommend wine products to customers through in-store and online channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new customer networks.
Provide wine consultation and create engaging customer experiences through wine storytelling and education.
Support wine tastings, masterclasses, and wine events for retail, HORECA, and private customers.
Coordinate and conduct basic wine training for shop staff.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock transfers and event preparation.
Identify slow-moving products and support sales initiatives to improve stock turnover.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual wine-related activities and promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in wine, hospitality, retail, F&B, or customer-facing roles.
Passion for wine and customer service.
WSET certification or equivalent wine education is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident in engaging customers and building long-term relationships.
Energetic, positive, and eager to learn.
Good command of Thai and basic English communication.
Experience in wine sales, wine events, or hospitality businesses will be an advantage.
