IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and cybersecurity systems.

• Oversee ERP, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure system availability, security, and data integrity across the organization.

• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.

• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development for the IT team.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovations that support business growth.
