Architect Relation (Partnership Development)

Job Description

• Build and develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders in architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate industries through networking, site visits, and industry events.

• Plan and execute engagement activities in collaboration with the marketing team to strengthen relationships and drive business opportunities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners at both individual and organizational levels, positioning the company as a one-stop technical service solution provider (B2B & B2B2C).

• Act as a consultant by identifying partners’ pain points and proposing suitable technical solutions to meet their business needs.

• Coordinate partner projects, gather requirements, and prepare briefs for internal teams to ensure successful execution.

• Track, analyze, and report on partnership activities, engagement outcomes, and business impact.

• Continuously improve strategies, activities, and partnership approaches to enhance engagement effectiveness and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related fields.

• Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate industries.

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong presentation skills with a professional and engaging personality.

• Ability to perform consultative selling and provide solution-based recommendations.

• Fluent in English (Russian language is a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

• Willing to travel and work upcountry, including extended stays when required.
