About the Role

Aver Asia (Thailand) Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at the Bangna Branch (Samut Prakan, Bangna-Trad KM.30).

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market footprint by driving the sales and rental of both new and used construction equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and achieving strategic sales targets while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Market Growth: Prospect, develop, and expand Aver Asia’s sales and rental market share for new and used machinery within the construction industry.

  • Account & Lead Management: Handle sales inquiries efficiently, generate new leads through active networking, and proactively develop new client accounts.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Sales Execution: Present product and service offerings compellingly, prepare tailored sales proposals/quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure sales while maintaining company profitability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery, top-tier quality, and service that aligns with company standards.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems; provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitive activity.

  • Brand Advocacy: Promote Aver Asia in a positive and professional manner to increase brand awareness and market presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within B2B industrial equipment, construction machinery, or a related commercial sector.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (HSK 4 or above) OR English (Business level or above) to handle diverse client accounts.

  • Mobility & Independence: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have your own car for frequent travel to client sites and business development activities.

  • Key Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly/annual KPIs.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Locality: Candidates with local residency in Samut Prakan or nearby areas will have a distinct advantage.
