We are looking to recruit MEP/BIM Coordinator

Job Description  

- Use Autodesk Revit to Deliver 2D&3D for Electrical & Mechanical Drawing to meet the schedule  

- Create LOD 200 

- 350 BIM Model for 2D Drawing, 3D Visualization, 4D Simulation and 5D Quantity Take-off  

- Create & Manage data in the BIM Model to meet the client, BEP Requirement and use the data for tags and make a schedule in 2D drawing 

 - Check and correct design conflicts or report to relevant personnel to find a solution.  

- Help improve and develop the Revit Family & Template for work that also meet the TTI Standard.  

 Qualification:

 -Graduate bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related field.

-Understanding of LOD Definition and can apply LOD concept to daily task  

-Understanding of BIM data such as project parameter, shared parameter, type&instance parameter,Loadable & system family 

 -Have a BIM Experience or Using Autodesk Revit for making 2D Drawing at least 1 year  

-Can use Naviswork Manage for Clash Detection and 4D Simulation (Plus) 

 -Have Revit MEP Professional License (Plus)  

-Can create and develop Revit Family (Plus) -Can use Dynamo for increasing productivity of work (Plus)
