H-DO (Thailand) Limited is a real estate company registered in both Thailand and Japan. With a network of over 700 branches in Japan, the company aims to improve and develop real estate services in Thailand by utilizing AI management systems and modern technology. The company also aims to expand to 500 branches across Thailand.


Job Description

- Coordinate, support, and advise customers and partners throughout the franchise opening process

- Follow up with customers, recruit new franchisees, and manage B2B sales cases

- Plan and execute marketing and client-approach strategies via company channels

- Support, evaluate, and improve franchisee performance to meet company standards

- Analyze, prepare, and present data; maintain customer records and monthly reports

- Coordinate with internal departments, handle customer assistance and complaints, and perform assigned administrative tasks


Qualifications

-New graduates are welcome

- A driver's license and a private car would be preferable

- Experience in B2B sales and customer service would be preferable

- Bachelor's Degree in any field

- Able to communicate in English

- Able to use Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI

- Outgoing personality, can approach and negotiate with other people, and is proactive in finding customers

- Good personality and service mind, and negotiation skills would be preferable
