Finance Specialist (Controller)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform monthly book closing, financial statement preparation, and analysis.

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with corporate and indirect tax regulations.

• Implement and monitor internal controls across finance and accounting processes.

• Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives.

• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting and financial control.

• Strong knowledge of Thai taxation and audit processes.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
