Position: Business Development & Process Improvement Executive

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization across multiple business units
Act as a business partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, redesign workflows, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Manage and oversee business transformation and development projects, including deep-dive analysis, root cause identification, and measurable impact tracking (ROI, productivity)
Design and implement scalable business processes to support expansion, including new site setup, new product lines, or market growth
Develop, govern, and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights to senior management
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustainability across different operational areas
Conduct on-site assessments and business reviews in various locations to ensure execution excellence and consistency
Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Process Improvement, Operations, or Consulting roles
Experience in FMCG, Food business, Retail, or Supply Chain is a plus
Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in root cause analysis
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools)
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational improvements to financial outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
High level of adaptability and ownership, able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Able to travel and work across multiple locations as required
Able to work 6 days per week
Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive for business purposes
