Position: Business Development & Process Improvement Executive

Business Unit: Vegetables & Fruits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization across multiple business units

• Act as a business partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, redesign workflows, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

• Manage and oversee business transformation and development projects, including deep-dive analysis, root cause identification, and measurable impact tracking (ROI, productivity)

• Design and implement scalable business processes to support expansion, including new site setup, new product lines, or market growth

• Develop, govern, and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights to senior management

• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustainability across different operational areas

• Conduct on-site assessments and business reviews in various locations to ensure execution excellence and consistency

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Process Improvement, Operations, or Consulting roles

• Experience in FMCG, Food business, Retail, or Supply Chain is a plus

• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies

• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in root cause analysis

• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools)

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational improvements to financial outcomes

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• High level of adaptability and ownership, able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments

• Able to travel and work across multiple locations as required

• Able to work 6 days per week

• Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive for business purposes
