About RISE

RISE International School is a new K-12 international school opening in Thonburi, Bangkok in August 2027. The school will follow the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework for Nursery to K2, the Cambridge Primary curriculum with Singapore Mathematics and Science. Admissions are currently open for Nursery through Primary years.

The Marketing Team is now hiring a Content & Communications Executive to lead RISE's communications across digital and print channels through to opening day and beyond.


Role Summary

This role is the primary writer and content producer for RISE's external communications. You will own the school's voice across social media, the website, blog, and press, and produce the printed materials that support admissions and community engagement.

Because RISE is pre-launch, you will be writing without any school pictures, reviews from parents, and stories from past students. Your work will shape how prospective families first encounter the school. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Founder.


What You'll Do

Social media and content production

  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE Official Account, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop content concepts, including carousel formats, short storyboards, and video scripts.

  • Write captions and posts in both Thai and English, in line with RISE's brand voice guide.

  • Produce simple visuals in Canva and edit videos in CapCut, mostly short-form (1-3 minutes) and some long-form (5-10 minutes) to fill a complete month's content calendar.

  • Coordinate with the part-time Designer for larger designs.

  • Direct and shoot on-site photography and video content for school events, building progress visits, team activities, and personal branding for the Head of School.

  • Maintain a rolling content calendar shared with the team.

  • Prepare a monthly performance summary. Monitor reach, engagement, and click data monthly. 

  • Track content from leading international schools in Bangkok and Asia for benchmarking.

Website and Editorial

  • Publish bilingual articles and update the website on a regular schedule.

  • Apply research, proofreading, and brand voice standards to every published piece.

Marketing materials and print production

  • Support RISE's annual publications: yearbook, prospectus, and annual review. You will draft text, select images, and coordinate with the Designer, Founder, and Content Advisor.

  • Produce brochures, flyers, posters, event signage, and exhibition materials.

  • Support promotional booths, mall pop-ups, and outdoor installations.

Influencer and PR partnerships

  • Identify and approach Thai parenting influencers, mom bloggers, and community figures aligned to RISE.

  • Build and maintain the press kit (high-quality images, headshots, fact sheet, key quotes) and draft press release angles.

  • Report campaign performance and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.

Events and admissions support

  • Support open houses, parent workshops, playgroups, and mall booths.

  • Coordinate event logistics with the Admissions team.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in Marketing and Admissions events as required

  • Undertake other marketing tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager and Head of School.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios are welcome.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or marketing campaigns. Experience from school, NGO, agency, or startup environments is accepted.

  • Strong written communication in both Thai and English. You can write captions, blog articles, and long-form features in either language and translate effectively between the two.

  • Ability to design basic engaging graphics for digital posts using Canva or similar applications.

  • End-to-end video production capabilities, from directing and shooting on-site to hands-on editing in CapCut or comparable software.

  • A portfolio showcasing your work (writing samples, graphics, and videos) is required. Please include a link in cover letter or attach it with your application.

  • Reporting to: Marketing Manager. Regular direct contact with the Founder.

  • Working alongside: Founder, Marketing Manager, Designer (part-time), Admissions team, and teachers.
