Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage the full set of accounts and the month-end/year-end closing process, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with TFRS, ensuring proper revenue and cost recognition (Percentage-of-Completion).
Tax Compliance: Manage and review all statutory tax filings, including VAT, WHT, CIT, SBT, and Stamp Duty, as well as handling tax implications for international transactions.
Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and internal departments to ensure timely and smooth audit completions.
Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls, resolve accounting discrepancies, and improve accounting workflows for better accuracy.
Compliance & ISO: Ensure all accounting practices align with applicable laws, regulations, and the company’s ISO management system requirements.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations and other relevant requirements, including the requirements of all applicable ISO management systems.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience with minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proficiency in English communication.
Experience in the construction industry or industries with similar accounting practices (e.g., percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition).
Experience with Mango ERP is a plus.
Knowledge of TFRS is a plus.
