    Driving sales growth through impactful training and team development.
    The good thingsI’ve enjoyed coaching and seeing the sales team grow not just hitting numbers, but becoming more confident and engaged in their conversations with customers. I’ve also liked creating training content that actually works in the field, especially when reps tell me they tried something new and it made a difference. Working with different teams across Southeast Asia has been rewarding too every market teaches me something new and keeps me learning.
    The challengesOne challenge is balancing training design with follow-up in the field making sure what’s learned is consistently applied. Another is adjusting the content and delivery to fit different experience levels and cultures across countries. Sometimes, timelines or priorities shift quickly, which makes planning long-term development harder. Strengthening alignment with cross-functional teams could also help ensure training goals connect more clearly to business results.
