Working with different teams across Southeast Asia has been rewarding too every market teaches me something new and keeps me learning.
The challengesOne challenge is balancing training design with follow-up in the field making sure what’s learned is consistently applied. Another is adjusting the content and delivery to fit different experience levels and cultures across countries. Sometimes, timelines or priorities shift quickly, which makes planning long-term development harder. Strengthening alignment with cross-functional teams could also help ensure training goals connect more clearly to business results.
