    While the high salary and work schedule may seem attractive, potential employees should seriously consider the internal culture and management issues before making a decision. The company would greatly benefit from improved structure, fairer HR practices, and more ethical leadership. Unfair treatment: The reports and personal observations of staff being pressured to resign without proper compensation, which is unethical and possibly unlawful. that reflect poorly on the company’s ethics.
    The good thingsHigh salary: The compensation is above market average and is clearly used to attract and retain talent.
    The challengesWork-life balance: Flexible working hours and Monday–Friday schedules provide convenience and allow for personal time. Lack of structure: No clearly defin organization & Responsibility Office politics: Political conflicts between & within dep, leading to an uncomfortable atmosphere, Toxic environment Management bias: Favoritism is apparent, Inappropriate conduct: A serious unprofessional behavior of top management
