Operations Manager (Oversea Based)

Job Responsibilities:

-Lead and supervise all daily operations at the Bangladesh facility, including the gas terminal, filling plant, and warehouse, ensuring seamless workflows and operational excellence.

-Develop and execute a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan for all terminal machinery, gas filling equipment, and facility infrastructure. Oversee the Corrective Maintenance (CM) process to resolve equipment breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety compliance.

-Manage the transportation fleet based in Bangladesh , ensuring all vehicles (gas tankers/trucks) are strictly maintained, meet safety regulations, and are operationally ready for distribution requirements.

-Monitor and control LPG stock levels and spare parts inventory. Ensure high accuracy between system records (ERP/SAP) and physical counts through regular cycle counts and audits to prevent stock loss.

-Supervise the on-site repair workshop and technical team, ensuring the facility operates at maximum efficiency with high standards of workmanship and safety measures.

Qualifications:

-Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain & Logistics Management or a related field.

-Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Plant & Operations, Terminal Management, or Plant Maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector.

-Strong knowledge of LPG handling, high-pressure vessels, filling plant machinery, and warehouse safety standards (HSE).

-Proven track record in fleet management and inventory control systems.

-Proficient in English (communication level).

-Willing to work and be based in Bangladesh /Penang
