Sales Manager / Distribution Channel Manager (Healthcare Consumables -OR)
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to a leading provider of healthcare consumables, as a Product Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the Bangkok area. As a skilled sales professional, you will leverage your expertise in the healthcare industry to promote our high-quality products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through excellent account management
Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales tactics
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of the healthcare consumables market and industry trends
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals
Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales reports
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
