    Go to other TICs company will be the best choice
    The good thingsIf you are active in growing your career path here, please stay away. Company doesn't support you in sustainable way. HR Manager never understand what is human asset, you will be ignored on what positive feeback to improve the business. The most funny things, you will be in the politics all the time. System cert team - Enginnering team - Lab Team but not any team belongs to you.
