I receive so many things from this company, I would call this place a "engineering school for new graduate".The good things1. It is quite easy to take leave.
2. Senior engineers are quite open to listen to junior engineers, they always open for your wise opinions.
3. Friendly working environment.
4. You will be able to complete your own tasks by you own methods, senior engineers will not interrupt or interfere you working procedures.
The challenges1. Allowances and benefits are quite low as compared to the company in the same sector.
2. Salary is not as good as your expectation, even you think this sector shall pay you more.
3. Management level don't usually listen to your opinions.
