    The challengesFairy under-a-par salary when comparing with industry peer (brokerage firms, asset management companies, account audit houses) and considering the qualification of officers here (most SEC officers nowadays graduate from prestigious universities from CU, TU, KU, KKU, CMU, KMITL, KMUTT, KMUTNB, and numerous universities from abroad).
