รีวิวการทำงานในฐานะ First-jobber ที่ แซนด์-เอ็ม โกลบอลที่นี่ให้โอกาสเด็กจบใหม่ได้เรียนรู้จริงๆ ค่ะ เราเพิ่งจบไม่นานก็ได้เข้าทำงานที่นี่เลย รู้สึกประทับใจกับทีมที่ช่วยเทรนและดูแลเราดีมากๆ ได้รับโอกาสมากมายในการโชว์ความสามารถและมีผู้บริหารที่เข้าถึงง่าย การทำงานไม่เคยเป็นเรื่องง่าย มีเหนื่อย มียากเป็นปกติ แต่ถ้ามีทีมที่คอยซัพพอร์ตเรา การก้าวผ่านเรื่องยาก ๆ ก็ง่ายขึ้นเยอะเลย ขอแค่มี potential ที่นี่ก็พร้อมจะผลักดันให้เราได้เติบโตได้ค่ะ ตอนนี้ผ่านโปรและได้ปรับฐานเงินเดือนแล้วทั้งภูมิใจในตัวเองและรู้สึกขอบคุณองค์กรมากๆ
