    Low salary justified by so-called high bonuses, but even with bonuses, total income is below industry standards. Excessive onsite work drains both physical and mental health. HR is ruthless—salary adjustments are based on outdated wages, ignoring skills and performance. Career progression is painfully slow, with no fast-track promotions, no matter how competent you are. Minimal leave—both vacation and personal leave are insufficient. Sick leave affects your bonus, even with a medical certificate. HR doesn’t care about retaining talented employees and shows no concern for employee well-being. They manipulate with sweet promises but backtrack if there's no written proof. Employees are treated as disposable, and no matter how hard you work, recognition is minimal. Expect an endless cycle of unfulfilled promises and exploitation. If you value fair pay, career growth, and a healthy work-life balance, stay far away.
