The work process is highly structured, and colleagues are very supportive, I learned a lot during my time there and gained valuable experience professionally and personally.
The challengesHowever, the work culture in some departments, especially the recruitment team, felt quite outdated. While other teams seemed to maintain a healthier work-life balance, the recruitment side struggled with unnecessary workloads, inefficient workload management, and leadership issues. Communication and people management from the manager sometimes lacked emotional maturity and stability, which negatively affected the team environment. There also appeared to be a noticeable lack of mutual respect and trust between the manager and team members, further impacting team morale and collaboration. Overall, the company has strong systems and employee support in many areas, but leadership quality and workplace culture could still be improved in certain departments.
