บริษัทไม่ได้ให้การฝึกสอนหรือจัดคอร์สเรียนใดๆ แต่กลับส่งไปทำงานหน้างานโดยตรง ทำให้ต้องเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเอง ค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับไม่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะงานที่หนัก (ประจำบางที่) และต้องอาศัยประสบการณ์ การขาดการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท ทำให้คนที่มีความตั้งใจทำงานหนักรู้สึกว่าเส้นทางอาชีพไม่สามารถก้าวหน้าได้ตามที่คาดหวังเลย
