    A rewarding and unforgettable journey of growth, culture, and culinary experience at Pimalai Resort and Spa.
    The good thingsWhat I liked the most about my experience at Pimalai Resort and Spa was the opportunity to work in a professional, high-standard kitchen environment while learning from skilled chefs. Every day, I was exposed to new techniques in pastry preparation, plating, and dessert presentation. I also enjoyed being part of a supportive and passionate team that truly cared about quality and guest satisfaction. The hands-on experience helped me grow not only in skills but also in confidence, discipline, and teamwork. It was a truly inspiring environment that deepened my love for hospitality and encouraged me to keep learning and improving.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I experienced during my internship at Pimalai Resort and Spa was the language barrier. At first, it was difficult to fully understand instructions or communicate clearly with some team members and guests who spoke limited English or Thai. It made me feel nervous and unsure at times. However, I took this challenge as an opportunity to grow. I started learning basic Thai phrases, practiced active listening, and asked questions when I didn’t understand. Over time, I became more confident and was able to build stronger connections with the team. It taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and the value of good communication in a multicultural environment.
