Good team but bad company structure.

The good thingsThe teams and CTO understands members very well.

The challengesThe document processing for outsourcing is so slow. I waited since October 2025, now I have not signed the contract yet because their document processing. Now i still don't how mush they will pay me. There is slightly progress.
