    The good thingsTo give both technical/non-technical solution to help both direct/indirect customer to fulfill their need.
    The challengesThe most challenge in this position is to solve most problems under limited manpower and time. There are often more request problems than manpower we have. Most of them are urgent requests even though they are real urgent or not.
