(“JERA”) which was jointly established by two large electric power utilities in Japan, Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc. The business of JERA covers the entire energy supply chain from upstream investments and fuel procurement through power generation worldwide. Chubu Electric Power (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (former name of JERA-PT) was established in 2003 and changed its name to JERA-PT as of July 1st, 2016.
