    Full accountability for excessive tasks without support or proper infrastructure.
    The good things- Offers exposure to the full product lifecycle, from initial pre-sales and project management to technical support. -Fast-paced environment that requires quick learning and high adaptability.
    The challenges- Lack of Role Clarity: Employees are expected to handle a vast scope of work far beyond their primary responsibilities, including pre-sales, PM, and tech support for any related project management. - Work Culture & Infrastructure: High-pressure environment with insufficient support systems or infrastructure to manage the workload effectively. - Rigid Policies vs. High Demand: Strict "clock-in/clock-out" requirements are enforced despite overwhelming responsibilities, with no recognition of the extra time required to meet demands. - HR Perspective: HR functions primarily as "damage control" rather than providing genuine employee support or improving the work culture.
