    Platform is broken so billable hours is not accurate. Micro-managed until the end.
    The good thingsIt was pretty chill at first, having to do all of your tasks according to the guidelines they give. You also have a semi-flexible schedule
    The challengesTheir platform doesn't properly record the hours you did in the work you do. Sometimes, even after working for 9 hours a day, the platform would just record 30 minutes (why is their platform broken). We had to take a screenshot of every task done in order to prove that we were actually working. Even then, they still based our work on the hours recorded in the platform INSTEAD of the quality of work done. Even if you had the highest possible quality of work done for every task you made, you will still not be able to renew your contract since your billable hours didn't reach a certain threshold.

    The good thingsWork is good. Flexible working hours.
    The challengesDid not explain my benefits especially my HMO. Received my HMO on my second month working with them, but was not able to use it since all benefits given was not fully explained to us. I started working right away after submitting required documents for my employment. I was required to submit a document on the 2nd month of my 3 month contract without any clue if I was even going to be extended. (I wasn't), without any explanation why I was only being required to submit it so late into my employment. 2 out of 10 times did I get any of my concerns and questions answered. The rest was left ignored. Was told we would get trainings, but only got 3 trainings from the main office, and 0 from my team leader. (We were told they would be having 1-1 with each member in the team. Did not get that). The TL also was not accommodating, and was barely there to answer any questions or concerns I had during working hours and would almost always answer hours after. Leading me to guess on what to do next.

    Huwag kang mag-apply dito, unless desperate ka na talaga.
    The good thingsThe work is remote and there are some good people you'll meet. There's also a chance to travel to their main office in Cebu (I'm from Batangas, but I never got chosen to visit and work there). They also have a rewards program where you can use your points to purchase stuff from different merchants (Starbucks etc.,). They also provide the work equipment you need.
    The challengesKailangan mong ipunin yung leaves. Kada buwan, 1 leave makukuha mo. 6 na nga lang iipunin pa. Tapos sa client kung saan ako napunta, wala silang malinaw na solusyon kapag nagloloko yung tool ng client na ginagamit para magawa yung trabaho. Kailangan mo i-restart yung laptop. Kapag nag-resign ka, ikaw ang magbabayad ng shipping ng work equipment tapos kailangan mo pa ipa-notarize yung quitclaim at waiver para lang makuha yung last pay mo. Ang tagal pa sumagot ng HR kapag nag-inquire ka tungkol sa progress ng exit clearance mo.
