A rewarding internship with great mentorship and perks, but it comes with heavy, fast-paced workload

The good thingsA fantastic experience with a friendly, English-speaking environment. I received excellent mentorship and gained valuable skills. The pay is highly competitive for an intern. Great perks also include a free daily buffet and a company shuttle bus.

The challengesThe logistics team is very lean (only 2 people), making the core workload quite heavy. The daily tasks can feel routine, and it gets quite stressful during peak periods or when handling urgent requests.

The good thingsI like the culture of the company that prioritize well-being of their employees. Colleagues are really nice and good team player.
