    ทางบริษัทไม่ได้มีสวัสดิการอะไรให้เอเจ้นอสังหา
    The good thingsที่ชอบอย่างเดียวคือเพื่อนร่วมงานซัพพอร์ตกันดีมาก
    The challengesทางบริษัทไม่ได้มีสวัสดิการอะไรให้เอเจ้นอสังหา แม้แต่แก้วน้ำก็ไม่เพียงพอต่อคนทำงาน เอเจ้นนั่งเบียดเสียด ถือว่าdisrespectคนหาเงินให้บริษัทมาก รับคนใหม่เรื่อยๆ คนเก่าก็ออกเรื่อยๆ ไม่มี upskill class เหมือนเมื่อก่อนแล้ว สัญญาจ้างงานอัพเดทเรื่อยๆ KPI และprocedure เปลี่ยนค่อนข้างบ่อยมากๆทุกไตรมาสหรือครึ่งปี เซลล์หรือเอเจ้นเซ็นสัญญาเป็นเพียงพาร์ทเนอร์ซึ่งไม่ได้รับสวัสิการอะไรเลย ไม่มีประกันสังคม ประกันกลุ่ม ใดใด ให้แค่ค่าเดินทางเดือนละ3พัน ไม่ได้ให้เลยต้องมีใบเสร็จมาเคลมซึ่งไม่coverค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทางต่อเดือนได้หรอก ทางบริษัทวัดกันแค่เป้าที่เอเจ้นปิดต่อเดือนเท่านั้น คอมมิชชั่นก็ไม่แฟร์คิดตาม%ดีลถูกได้%มากดีลแพงได้%น้อยลง โดยไม่คำนึกถึงความยากง่ายของดีลเลย ยิ่งแพงก็ยิ่งแฮนเดิลยาก ยิ่งต้องให้%คอมเยอะสิถึงจะถูกต้อง

    It was good in the 1st 3 months (Jan to Mar 2025) but after that things weren't very well
    The good thingsMany leads, like 10+ per week but most of them were uncontactable (wrong phone number)
    The challengesNo salary, only commission base. percentage of rental are around 40% (of 1 month) for agents and company get 60& percentage of sale is 20%-30% which is very low (it will be ok if we get good leads but leads are sucks so some month we can not make money)
