    low pay, no feedback from leadership/management, great customer (depend on your luck)
    The good things- most colleague are helpful and are pleasant to work with - plenty of learning opportunity
    The challenges- low pay - no one will teach you (except training course, which are different area) - senior/management/leadership rarely give specific, actionable feedback or advice
