จุดเริ่มต้นของบริษัทมาจากการที่ SCG จัดตั้งหน่วยงานวิศวกรรมขึ้นเพื่อดูแลการก่อสร้างและติดตั้งเครื่องจักรภายในธุรกิจซีเมนต์ โดยรวบรวมทีมวิศวกร ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน ต่อมาได้ก่อตั้งบริษัท Eco Plant Services Co., Ltd. (EPS) เพื่อรองรับงานด้านซ่อมบำรุง บริการวัดวิเคราะห์ และ ให้บริการแบบ Maintenance Turnkey รวมถึงขยายสู่กลุ่มลูกค้านอกกลุ่มธุรกิจซีเมนต์ในส่วนของโครงการ Reference ที่ผ่านมาขอยกตัวอย่าง 3 Solution หลัก ๆ ได้แก่ Waste Heat Power Generation, Biomass Power Plant , Solar Power Plant สามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนได้ถึง 4,700 ล้านบาทต่อปี และลดการปล่อยคาร์บอนได้ถึง 468,611 ตันต่อปี
