The company takes too much advantage of its staff by hiring less experienced employees to take on roles and responsibilities that require a higher level of expertise.
The good thingsThe benefits are quite good—they offer special discounts on AirAsia plane tickets for staff, allow nearly 100% remote work, and provide generous leave policies with 20 vacation days per year.
The challengesThe company lacks proper organization, with everything being a mess. Most decisions need final approval from the HQ in MY. There’s only 1 compliance position, which actually requires a senior-level professional, but they hired a mid-level person instead.
