บริษัทที่ใส่ใจพนักงานและมอบโอกาสการเติบโตให้พนักงานอย่างแท้จริง

The good thingsบริษัทต่างชาติสัญชาติอังกฤษ แต่เพื่อนร่วมงานคนไทยและมีต่างชาติบางส่วนด้วย ที่นี่สังคมดีมาก ไม่มีเรื่องการเมือง บรรยากาสดีและสนุก พนักงานต่างให้ความร่วมมือ ที่นี่มีโอกาสให้พนักงานเติบโตได้จริงๆหากเราทำงานมีผลงานที่เด่นชัด การทำงานกับผู้บริหารที่นี่ง่ายมากขั้นตอนไม่เยอะเพราะคนอาจจะยังน้อยอยู่ พนักงานประมาณ 20-22 คน สวัสดิการดี เงินเดือนให้สูงกว่าบริษัทอื่นๆ แต่ก็แลกมากับงานที่ยากและชาเล้นจ์ อาจจะเกิดความเครียดจากงานได้ แต่เป็นเรื่องที่ดีสำหรับคนที่อยากเรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ๆ ถือเป็นที่ที่มองเห็นความเป็นอยู่ของพนักงานเป็นหลักในฐานะ HR น้อยบริษัทที่จะใส่ใจพนักงานแบบนี้ ด้วยจากมุมมองผู้บริหารและพนักงานหลายๆคน

The challengesสินค้าและบริการมีความยาก ต้องอาศัยความเข้าใจและเวลาของมัน การที่สรรหาพนักงานให้สนใจงานก็แอบยาก แต่มันก็มีข้อดี คนที่เข้ามาเป็นพนักงานที่นี่แล้ว จะได้รับโอกาสจากบริษัทเสมอในทุกๆด้าน หลังจากที่ได้มาร่วมงานกัน
