    Great HR, great learning opportunities, many great bosses and workers, and having visible rules and regulations.
    The good thingsMany employee benefits are provided. Many learning courses that are actually useful for personal growth and real-life work situations. Best knowledge base that supports you to work very effectively. Many colleagues and executives have a growth mindset. Able to do huge-scale projects.
    The challengesA few middle-to-high-position people were selfish and taking advantage of the company's resources, especially with promotions, even if the company tried to apply strict ethics to all in the organization.

    I do not recommend. If you are looking for the growth in the career path, you should look for somewhere else.
    The good thingsLife schedule can be manage by yourself.
    The challengesthe most difficult is reaching new commission targets. They changed how they pay the incentive and commission which the employees can't achieve and get less pay.
