    The good thingsI have worked here for 5 years, yes, there are many good things such as job flixibility that you can work from home.
    The challengesAs I have solved the problem on the projects (especially on Digital Leading) that can close the project on automation requirement. But there is hard time where waiting on the new projects, HR called and tried to force you to quit from the company.

    The challengesWork on various tasks and roles depending on the project assigned. Not everyone receives an annual salary adjustment. Work late with no overtime pay.
