ขอระบายหน่อยค่ะ เราเป็น Graphic Designer อยู่ agency นึง แล้วช่วงนี้รู้สึกว่าแต่ละวันเหมือนวนลูปมากๆ คือแก้งานไปมาไม่รู้จบ เพิ่มตรงนั้นนิด ตรงนี้หน่อย สุดท้ายก็กลับมาใช้แบบเดิมที่ทำไว้ตั้งแต่แรก
เรารู้แหละว่างาน agency มันก็ต้องเจอแบบนี้ แต่พอโดนบ่อยๆ เข้า มันก็แอบรู้สึก burn out เหมือนกัน บางที feedback ก็ไม่ชัด คนให้ก็ยังไม่แน่ใจว่าตัวเองอยากได้อะไร จนเรารู้สึกว่าสิ่งที่ทำไม่มีคุณค่าเลย😞
อยากหาวิธีคุยกับ AE ให้เขาเข้าใจมากขึ้นว่ามันกระทบกับคนทำงานยังไง เพื่อนๆ คนไหนมีวิธีแนะนำไหมคะ
