ตอนนี้เราเพิ่งได้โปรโมตมาเป็นหัวหน้างาน แต่รู้สึกหนักใจมาก ๆ เพราะคนในทีมก็เป็นคนที่มีอายุมากกว่าทั้งหมด เรากลัวว่าเขาจะไม่ยอมรับหนูในฐานะหัวหน้างาน มีใครเคยเจอเคสแบบนี้กันบ้างไหมคะ แล้วจัดการความรู้สึกตัวเองยังไงได้บ้างคะ

เคยเป็นเหมือนกันครับ แต่ผลงานจะช่วยให้ทุกคนยอมรับครับ โทนที่ใช้เวลาคุยงานก็นอบน้อมแบบเด็กคุยกับผู้ใหญ่แต่มีความเด็ดขาด เชื่อว่าลดความขัดแย้งได้เยอะครับ
