เท่าที่เคยได้ยินจากเพื่อนๆมา บริษัทญี่ปุ่นให้ความสำคัญกับสวัสดิการของพนักงานและครอบครัวมากๆเลยครับ เค้าจะเน้นรักษาให้เราอยู่กับบริษัทเค้าไปนานๆ ถึงแม้บางตำแหน่งจะทำงานแบบเข้มข้น แอบกดดันนิดๆ แต่มองดูภาพรวมแล้วน่าจะเป็นโอกาสที่น่าสนใจครับ
