- Control job duty and develop HR staffs
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in HR
- At least 5 years of experience in HRM and/or HRD.
- Define & implement annual training plan
- Implement GROW360 for all staff with respected tim
- Define & implement Management Trainee Program
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related HRD
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the field
- Good command in English
