In this position you will... Drive annual sale volume, manpower and quality of agency according to annual sales KPIs in the region. Responsibilities
Translate and implement sales strategies, tactics, marketing campaigns, and action plans to achieve sales targets – in an integrated manner across bolttech entities and partnerships
Follow agency strategies to expand the number of sales forces and improve sales force quality and effectiveness
Work closely with salesforce and Country Sales Lead according to monthly plan and activities to ensure the target is achieved
Review, comment, approve and reject regarding new
AGP/VP/AL appointment, exception, and Agency Office set-up before sending to Distribution Support for further actions
Determine key factors of success or failure of sales planning and execution in each sales force team to improve sales volume
Resolve and improve complaints from both customers and sellers
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with all salesforce
Ensure necessary information is properly communicated and checked
Define areas to Improve workflow process related to sales management
Liaise with FWD Business Training Centre (BTC) and bolttech training team to increase competencies of salesforce including product selling points, customer approach, selling technique, handling objection and field sales work
Ensure that all salesforce complies with sales ethic, OIC rules, and company’s policies, and immediate actions or report to Country Sales Lead when non-complied
Work closely with Underwriting, Compliance, and Internal Audit to get the necessary information to improve the combined ratio, mis-spelling, complaints, etc.
Create a culture of success by building one team environment across bolttech lines of business in Thailand
Qualifications
Bachelor or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of direct experience in agency and commercial strategy and sales team leading
Possessing Thai life and non-life agency license is preferred
Able to work mobility over 50% of working
Excellent knowledge of insurance products and processes
Excellent understanding of sales management and sales strategies
Strong understanding of sales compensation
Strong in Microsoft suite
Strong in analysis and design of compensation models
Strong projects/initiatives management skills across functions and across entities
Proficient relationship management and networking skills
