Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Law or other related fields

Having experience in work permit and visa work and having good relationship with the Immigration would be advantage
-
Good command of English, computer literacy and good communication skills

Able to work independently with high responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline

Attention to details, problems solving, decision making, strong schedule planning and follow up skills

Good service-minded and inter-personal skill

Job Description:
-
Preparing documents and processing for work permit and visa applications and renewals for the foreigners (for both BOI and Non-BOI case), re-entry permits, 90 days reports and others
-
Co‐operating with all relevant government authorities, such as the BOI, Ministry of Labour, Immigration Bureau, Social Security Office and Revenue Department
-
Developing and maintaining good relationships with the governmental officers, agencies and authorities to ensure the smooth outcome
-
Contact the Thai Embassy in other countries and foreign embassies in Bangkok
-
Monitoring work permit and visa expiration date for the foreigners and efficiently remind them including to prepare in advance for the necessary action plans
-
Personal assistant support for foreign clients such as obtain medical certificate, open bank account, apply tax ID and other matters as requested by clients

Perform administrative work including scheduling, maintaining files and other works as assigned by the supervisors and managers
